Requirements
What to expect in the job
- As part of the factorys abattoir team the successful candidate will produce cuts and trims of meat according to Kepak specifications maintaining efficiency at line speed.
- The role involves meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality standards are met.
What we need from you
The successful candidates will work as part of the factory processing team producing meat to fulfil production targets on a daily and weekly basis. A successful candidate will be required to:
- Have prior knife and butchery skills.
- Work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate good characterhardworking self-driven and reliable.
- Bring energy enthusiasm and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Meet production targets while maintaining the required line speed.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Operate machinery but only when properly trained.
- Maintain a safety-conscious mindset and adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Pay attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively within the team.
