Senior QA Manager (Garment Manufacturing)
Our client is a multinational trading company that oversees intricate supply chains for global brands and retailers. They are looking for an outstanding Senior QA Manager (Garment Manufacturing) to join the company.
Key Responsibility:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals providing guidance and support to ensure effective quality control.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and procedures to enhance product quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify and address areas for improvement in production processes and quality control procedures driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections both internally and at supplier locations to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with production design and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and company policies related to quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities prepare detailed reports and analyze quality data to inform decision-making.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure they meet quality expectations and assist in developing quality improvement plans when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering Quality Assurance or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance within the garment manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a QA team.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems garment production processes and industry regulations.
- Willing to travel overseas occasionally to visit manufacturing sites.
- Strong proficiency in English Cantonese & Chinese.
