Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for incoming inspection of normal materials
Responsible for the sample inspection of new products and issue the corresponding full-size report
Measure parts dimensions with production and technical departmentsensure the smooth progress of production and improve the product quality.
IQC
Preparing the inspection work instruction for IQC updates if need
NC
Charging MRB for MNCs reviewing suppliers CAR and follow up till achieving acceptable effectiveness
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership
Qualifications Required:
Engineering bachelor (mechanical electricity) if speak English is prefer(At least read and write it).
IQC
At least 3 years experience in Mechanical manufacturing or quality management
Proficient in using office software
Proficient in using measuring and test instruments (caliper millimeter height gauge)
CMMOptive
Familiar with the operation of CMM Optive operation equipment use experience is preferred
.
Good team cooperation good at communication certain pressure resistance ability independent thinking ability.
