As part of the UniCredit Group Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodenos existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets including Germany and Poland will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms facilitating seamless customer experiences.

We are currently looking for aWorkplace Support Manager ready to join our adventure and take ownership of our end-user environment.
In this role you will be responsible for defining the strategy ensuring optimisation and safeguarding the security of ourGoogle Workspace andApple ecosystems. You will manage a team of specialists oversee daily operations and ensure that employees across the bank including those in newly opened branches and in multiple European countries receive seamless secure and reliable workplace services.
This is not only a support role you will also help drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies that support our innovative banking model and ensure our employees can work efficiently with the latest tools.Leadership and Accountability
Lead the Workplace Support team setting clear goals priorities and development paths for team members
Take full ownership of the workplace environment ensuring availability performance and user satisfaction across several European countries
Manage vendors licences and service providers to guarantee service quality and cost efficiency
Oversee compliance with internal policies regulatory requirements (incl. DORA) and audit standards
Monitor KPIs prepare reports for senior management and drive continuous service improvement
Google Workspace Management
Oversee administration of Google Workspace (Gmail Drive Calendar Meet etc.)
Define and implement security settings user access controls and data protection measures
Establish best practices policies and governance for Google Workspace usage and administration
Ensure employees are supported and trained to use Google Workspace effectively
Apple and MacBook Management
Direct deployment configuration and lifecycle management of Apple devices (MacBooks iPhones iPads)
Define and enforce workplace security policies including device encryption app management and compliance monitoring
Ensure smooth integration of Apple devices into corporate services and reporting systems
Oversee inventory management of workplace devices software and licences
Manage documentation playbooks and guidelines for Apple device processes setup and troubleshooting
Cutting-Edge Technology & Innovation
Support employees working ininnovative areas of bankingwhere cutting-edge technology is essential
Ensure the workplace environment enables collaboration with modern tools AI-driven solutions and new digital platforms
Evaluate and recommend new workplace technologies ensuring alignment with business needs and security standards
Lead workplace-related projects upgrades and audits that introduce new technologies to the bank
Ensure remote workplace support for employees in newly opened branches and across European countries
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT workplace administration (Google Workspace Apple)
Provenexperience in managing a teamand leading IT workplace initiatives
Strong knowledge ofIT security principles practices and compliance requirements(e.g. DORA GDPR)
Track record of managing workplace vendors budgets and licences
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with enterprise IT environments
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience insupporting innovative cutting-edge technologiesin a corporate environment
Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Workspace Administrator Jamf Certified) are a plus
Openness to work from ourWarsaw office (3 days per week)in a hybrid model
Fluency in English and Polish
