Are you passionate about driving meaningful change in digital service delivery Were looking for a Service Improvement Analyst to help shape how services are defined delivered and continuously improved across the Ministry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of service transformationcollaborating with internal teams and service providers to ensure our digital services are efficient user-focused and meet performance expectations.
Work with service owners and providers to define and operationalise services including SLAs performance metrics and escalation paths.
Ensure our service catalogue is accurate accessible and reflects current offerings.
Analyse incident trends and service desk data to uncover opportunities for improvement and implement plans based on impact and feasibility.
Help integrate new or changed services effectively across service providers owners and consumers.
Engage stakeholders for feedback share lessons learned and ensure all improvements align with organisational policies standards
Ko ng pkenga u - What youll bring
strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) ideally supported by ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
Expertise in developing and maintaining a comprehensive service catalogue.
Proven ability to understand map and optimize end-to-end processes ensuring clarity in service design and delivery.
Excellence in articulating the purpose and intended outcomes of services enabling clear engagement for both providers and end users.
Practical understanding of working with outsourced service providers and managing external relationships.
