Our Blenheim clinic is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist who will work with other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of the Habit Health way. We are looking for a rehabilitation professional who has experience working on ACC contracts for adult pain concussion and social rehab.
You will work with a great team of rehabilitation professionals who put their clients first and we as a company put their growth and development at the forefront of what we do.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
- Liaise with allied health team members
- Create patient reports on client abilities goals and best practice intervention
- Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:
- Must have NZ OT registration and current APC
- Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
- Full NZ Drivers license for community rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
