At Deeploy we are building the leading AI governance platform to help organizations innovate responsibly staying in control of AI. We are looking for our first Partnership Manager to lead our expansion across Europe and build a powerhouse network of technical and consultancy partners.

Why this role matters:

As our Partnership Manager you will not just manage relationships; you will shape an ecosystem that accelerates AI governance adoption across industries in Europe. Working side by side with our founders you will identify cultivate and scale strategic partnerships that unlock new opportunities for Deeploy and our customers.

You will be the bridge between our partners and Deeploys AI Governance platform enabling co-selling delivering impactful enablement programs and translating partner needs into shared success. This is your chance to grow in a fast-scaling company that is setting the standard for responsible AI globally.

What you will own:

• Drive Growth: Grow our network of partners across Europe with both major tech players (think AWS Microsoft OVH Scaleway) and top-tier consultancies (Deloitte Carve Considerati) to boost AI governance adoption.

• Trusted Advisor on AI Governance: Become a trusted advisor for our partners and customers alike. Help them with the implementation of AI Governance.

• Enable Success: Design and lead initiatives to activate our partnerships train our partners organize events together work together on complex new customers & deals and create whitepapers and other high-value materials with partners.

Who you are:

• Experienced with at least 3 years in partnership roles within data AI or infrastructure-driven tech ideally in startups or scale-ups.

• Technically savvy with a solid grasp of AI and data infrastructure; you can speak confidently with engineers and architects. Youre familiar with responsible AI principles and experience in fast-paced environments.

• Domain knowledge in European regulated sectors like financial services or public institutions.

• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating across diverse teams.
