Job Summary
Purpose Statement: To perform engineering design services and other related product development and/or product commercialization services. Please refer to discipline core skills for specifics.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Develops engineering/product concepts that are high-quality cost-appropriate and satisfy the customers requirements.
- Successfully executes responsibilities in adherence to Plexus engineering process.
- Understands of the full value stream (Conceptualize Design Commercialize Manufacture Fulfill Sustain)
- Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform design analysis and design verification.
- Produces comprehensive project documentation based on the needs of the project and in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Engineering is required; a Bachelors degree in Engineering or higher is preferred.
- Less than One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
