Job Summary

We are seeking a Payroll Lead to oversee payroll processing and timekeeping operations onsite for one of our key clients in Austin TX. This is a salaried role with a typical schedule of MondayFriday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM plus occasional Saturdays onsite and Sundays remote. This is a full-time onsite position offering a competitive salary and full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a payroll team
Manage all payroll processing auditing and timekeeping functions for multiple sites
Utilize systems including Fieldglass Timerack and Aviont
Resolve badging issues missed punches and time discrepancies
Audit payroll and per diem to ensure accuracy and compliance
Consult with contract employees regarding payroll questions or concerns
Ensure all hires are accurately reflected in payroll records

Qualifications:

Previous high volume payroll processing and timekeeping experience required
Experience managing or mentoring a small team preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to audit for accuracy
Familiarity with Fieldglass Timerack or Aviont a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
Staffing experience highly preferred
