We are seeking a Technical Analyst I
Located on-site at NOB Norfolk VA.
Position Description:
Actively participate in Logistics Scrum Meetings
Review organize and upload A-4 Paper Platform SOVTs to SPIDER for APM-E approval and submit revised Paper Platform SOVTs for reapproval
Perform weekly SOVT submissions in SPIDER to APM-E every Friday
Create and manage COP and MAINT WFCNs in MBPS/CDMD-OA
Develop and submit AIT Reports in MBPS/CDMD-OA (including injection-related reports).
Validate JID/TID completion and close out installations
Conduct audits of scheduled tasks against the Master Installation Schedule (MIS)
Performs other duties and works schedules as assigned by management which may include changes to duties responsibilities or work hours as required to meet contractual obligations mission requirements or the needs of the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with MBPS/CDMD-OA and SPIDER platforms.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Experience with logistics reporting workflow control numbers (WFCNs) and SOVTs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks track progress and communicate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) or Navy logistics operations preferred.
Eight (8) years of hands-on experience with Navy Logistics to include three (3) of the following five (5) areas: SOVTs COP Lifecycle Logistics WFCNs and AIT Reports. Experience may be achieved simultaneously. Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and/or public service (e.g. federal state or local) leadership in supporting DoN maintenance logistics and business systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
Knowledge of Navy environments such as CANES Afloat Systems and integrated platform support systems
Experience with configuration and data management systems
Work Schedule: Normal working days/hours M-F 8 hrs / day 5 days a week Customer Schedule (based on CORE ESN hours 0900-1500 e.g.with 30 min lunch 0900-1800 with an hour lunch)
Clearance/Certification Requirements:
Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance
