Were a dynamic fast-growing agricultural automation company specializing in dairy automation seeking a highly motivated self-driven and ambitious Regional Sales and Equipment Support Specialist to help drive our expansion across the Eastern United States.
While candidates may be based in any of the eastern states our current priority is on those located in Georgia and Florida.
This role is designed for a future leader who will grow into a team leadership position shaping the future of our innovative dairy automation solutions. If youre organized proactive and passionate about sales customer service and cutting-edge agricultural technology we want you to help us revolutionize the dairy industry!
What Youll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers and clients to drive sales and achieve revenue goals.
Provide expert support troubleshooting and training for Automateds dairy automation equipment to ensure customer success.
Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence in the dairy automation sector across the region.
Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional results and grow Automateds impact.
Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative and preparing to guide future team members in advancing our mission.
What We Offer:
Base Salary: $70000 annually with a bonus following a 90-day probationary period.

What Were Looking For:
A highly self-driven organized and ambitious individual with a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with dairy industry clients and team members.
Proven ability to work independently manage priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
Ability to travel within the assigned region (OH WV NY PA VA NC SC GA FL).
Experience in sales equipment support or the dairy/agricultural industry is a plus but a relentless drive to learn succeed and lead is essential.
