Description of the role:
As a Front Desk Supervisor at Candlewood Suites - Shelbyville in Shelbyville KY you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring exceptional customer service to all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising front desk staff and delegating tasks
- Training new employees on company policies and procedures
- Assisting guests with check-ins check-outs and inquiries
- Resolving guest complaints and issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
