This position will be responsible for ensuring inventory levels are maintained in staging area in support of Manufacturing Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Tracking and Management:
Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels including receiving storing and issuing items in and out of warehouse as well as staging locations.
- Data Entry and Analysis:
Accurately entering inventory data into systems analyzing inventory trends and identifying potential issues.
- Discrepancy Resolution:
Investigating and resolving discrepancies in inventory counts and data.
- Warehouse Operations:
May assist with warehouse tasks like receiving shipping and organizing inventory.
- Process Improvement:
Identifying and implementing improvements to inventory control procedures and systems.
- Reporting:
Preparing regular reports on inventory levels performance and any identified issues.
Required Skills:
- Organizational and Time Management:Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail:Accuracy and precision in data entry and record-keeping.
- Problem-Solving:Identifying and resolving inventory-related issues.
- Communication:Effectively communicating with warehouse staff and other departments.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency with inventory management software Experience in warehouse/stockroom environment. Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) SAP and other relevant systems.
