Job Description

Are you a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator
Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join their educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curricula engaging with children in meaningful ways and supporting their social emotional and cognitive development.

Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00 per hour (commensurates with experience and education)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe inclusive and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
  • Foster positive relationships with children encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childs progress behavior and development.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to support positive classroom dynamics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.

Experience

  • A minimum of a CDA/TCC is required for all Lead Teacher roles
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children parents and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
