Job Description

Freshfields is hiring a Business Development Executiveto support its Dispute Resolution (DR) practice group in Asia (based in Singapore). Youll help execute on marketing strategies create compelling pitches and manage practice-specific content - all in a fast-paced global environment.

What Youll Need:

  • Bachelors degree experience in professional organisations (legal accountancy technology consultancy corporates etc.)
  • Strong emotional intelligence independent thinking and professional judgment
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management abilities
  • Exceptional written presentation and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow

About MBD

Our Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team is a dynamic global force shaping the firms client strategy and driving our digital presence. We work together to analyse business issues target opportunities and create compelling proposals and marketing campaigns. We define the client experience and shape the perception of Freshfields around the globe.

Role Summary

As a Business Development Executive youll be an integral member of our global DR team building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues . Youll leverage your expertise in business development to help deliver impactful marketing plans compelling pitches and engaging content. Youll use technology to analyse trends identify opportunities and measure success. Your role is crucial in enhancing our global reputation and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help execute a focused marketing and business development plan for the DR practice group.
  • Create compelling credentials proposals and pitches to win new work.
  • Help produce and manage practice-specific content campaigns and events.
  • Leverage technology to analyse trends and identify opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and MBD colleagues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in business development practices.

Key Requirements
