Job Summary
Our manufacturing quality engineering team enables the mass creation of impossible products as a partner in the development of Apples renowned designs.- You will involve in new product development partner with multi-functional teams to evaluate design and processes maturity study define quality requirement and manufacturing control plan.- Develop measurement technologies and quality system that achieves adventurous specifications at mass production scale.- Evaluate and implement groundbreaking quality inspection tools to evaluate cosmetic and dimensional part characteristics.- Lead activities to balance unparalleled quality with scalable yields.- Drive failure analysis and corrective actions multi-functionally with internal and external team members.- Establish audit procedures appropriate to program and supplier to ensure consistency to Apple quality standardsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. - BS in a related engineering field (Mechanical Manufacturing Material etc) MS is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in engineering manufacturing or quality control.
- Fluid communication in English.
- Clear communication and logical thinking.
- Strong big-data analysis skill with multiple tools like JMP/Python/Tableau.
- Deep understanding of DOE GD&T MSA theory and practical application experience.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts supplier management and general manufacturing operations.
- AI/ML knowledge can leverage AI/ML tools in quality management.
