Job Summary

1. Lean Management

Responsible for the organization and implementation of lean production;

Responsible for introducing lean management methods and concepts;

Provide lean tools and methods required for project implementation promote co-workers improvement eliminate waste improve product quality and improve production efficiency;

Responsible for the training and promotion of lean production tools;

Organize and lead the workshop to recommend lean production according to the plan continuously consolidate lean production results and realize the function of the department;

Audit and supervise the implementation of lean production in each department provide professional Suggestions and schemes for improvement measures and track and feedback the operation of the companys lean production system in real time;

Kaizen activity planning and implementation;

2. Quality Management

To establish quality standards for raw material semi-manufactured goods and finished goods in order to ensure they are carried out completely;

To collect information related to quality analyse and make continual improvement of quality;

To establish and maintain quality assurance system to ensure that plant manufacturing practice is compliant with requirement of IKEA quality;

To ensure that all technical and quality document are timely received and distributed to related department and kept fully updated;

To treat with claim about quality analysis take corrective actions and review the documents of quality in order to minimize the probability of happening again;

3. Team Building

According to the requirement of lean production promotion improve the lean talent training mechanism promote the improvement of lean ability of line managers and form systematic lean ability;

4. Culture

To promote continues improvement culture.

Qualifications :

Lean and quality management experience.

Capable of planning and implementing lean production familiar with project management capable of cultivating lean production knowledge and establishing lean production operation mechanism.

With the ability of lean production and the organizational ability of building lean production management framework can lead and control the implementation progress of the project practical work spirit and strong communication and coordination ability.
