Job Description
At The Pride one of New Zealands largest breweries we craft some of the countrys most loved beverages. Behind every great brew is a strong preventative maintenance team keeping our equipment running smoothly - and thats where you come in.
As a Preventative Maintenance Fitter youll play a key role in keeping our production equipment reliable and cared for executing maintenance plans that keep our brewery humming. Youll work a permanent night shift 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Sunday night through to Friday morning.
What youll be doing:
Supporting our sites preventative maintenance strategy
Partnering with the Asset Planner to schedule and deliver maintenance work
Getting stuck into root cause problem solving to reduce downtime
Helping deliver work orders efficiently
Championing a safety-first mindset every single day
What you bring to the table:
Dual or Mechanical trade qualification
Experience in maintenance or reliability
Great at engaging stakeholders and bringing people along for the ride
Strong digital skills and a results-driven attitude
Experience or understanding of production and packaging in FMCG
