This role will suit someone who loves to be organised and thorough and who thrives on the challenges associated with working in a fast-paced environment. A typical day might involve house inspections sign-ups responding to emails liaising with agents and attending to tenancy-related queries. This is your chance to utilise your professional expertise to make a difference.

You will have a can-do attitude and find joy in finding solutions and helping others. You are an empathetic innovative thinker with a good understanding of culturally appropriate delivery of social services. You have strong professional and personal ethics and demonstrated working experience in managing a portfolio of tenancies in the public or private sector.
What you will need for this role:
Tertiary qualification in Property Management or Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand
Extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and other acts and regulations relevant to Property Management
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to compliance quality and risk management
Proficiency in using property management software (Palace)
Possess a compassionate and caring attitude and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing challenges such as homelessness
Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
