We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Controllership Analyst to join our Pharmaceutical (PDx) International Region Controllership team. This role plays a critical part in supporting period closings ensuring compliance with accounting policies and maintaining financial integrity across various cycles. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles enterprise standards financial processes have excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provideperiod closing support ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and distributedeferred revenue trackersto relevant stakeholders.
- Managemanual journal entries including preparation documentation and booking.
- Participate inBalance Sheet Reviews during closing periods.
- Initiate and follow up onmanual payment workflowsto ensure timely completion.
- Prepareaccount reconciliationsfor designated accounts.
- Conductannual transit day testingfor customer deliveries.
- SupportSOX and internal/external audit requests with accurate documentation and timely responses.
- Assist withteam communications including maintaining the closing calendar and international issue tracker.
- Ensure accurateapplication of accounting policies and proceduresacross all financial cycles.
- Interpret and applyStandard Operating Proceduresto deliver high-quality financial services.
- Contribute to develop and apply knowledge ofaccounting theories practices and proceduresto support functional strategy.
- Use a basic understanding ofkey business driversto accomplish tasks and support team integration.
- Build and maintain stronginterpersonal relationships serving as a liaison between controllership teams and other stakeholders when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Solid experience in controllership general accounting or financial operations.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
- ACCA/CPA qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
