- Managing SGM QSB BWI VDA 6.3 MANDO SPA GM Global BIQS Quality Assurance for Customers
- Solving for quality issues in customers
- Performing internal system audit and trainer for quality system
- Approve 8D improvement report for customers
- Analyzing OEM claim and raise objections. Approval for design and 4M change
- Assure that all new / modified parts are accompanied by the correct released documents Supplier Quality
- Planning audit plan for all suppliers
- Managing PPM supplier and receiving feedback about issues
- Communicate to supplier and track completion of customer specific requirements
- Approve supplier PPAP submission
- Define the early production containment plan at supplier as well as incoming
inspection
- Represent the supplier quality function in front of the customer Internal Process Quality
- Supporting pre-lunch stage for New Business Program
- Make an action plan for long and short term target
- Internal improvement Task Force team member(Six-sigma)
- Reviewing the document of IATF 16949 procedure
- Do audit in process regularly(LPA)
- Lead improvement activities of Quality team Team Activity
- Quality KPI management(Defect rate COPQ SCRAP Claim)
- Evaluate performance of each team member and provide good directions
- Plan for a business and set up a goal of Quality Team
- Have weekly quality meeting
- Make a goal for business
