Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Program Lead.
The Infosys Data and Analytics unit is dedicated to helping clients adopt an approach to ubiquitously create value from data. We move them away from the conventional use case or point solution-led approach towards the path to building industrialized capabilities to monetize data. We begin by creating an integrated blueprint of opportunities unique to their business for data-led value creation. Thereon we chart the roadmap to incrementally build the capabilities they need to deliver on the blueprint. This involves Modernizing the coreto prepare for the digital transformation building intelligent systemsthat interpret data cognitively to discover new signals and connect the unconnected and Leveraging Artificial Intelligenceto nurture a learnable and adaptable enterprise that evolves at digital speed.
Required Qualifications:
Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in NJ NY are as indicated below:
New Jersey: $<134130> to $<174369>
New York: $<118386> to $<153902>

Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofMelbourne FL/ Rochester NY/ Clifton NJ Greenville TX Salt Lake City UT/ Richardson TX/ Raleigh NC/ Indianapolis IN/ Hartford CT/Tempe AZ or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11years of relevant Information Technology experience.
- In order to comply with legal requirements this role is limited to U.S. persons as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents and certain refugees and asylees.
- Technical Acumen (Hands-On):
- Proven hands-on experience and deep technical expertise in SAP BW SAP Business Objects and SAP Data Services.
- Strong proficiency with modern data warehousing (Snowflake) cloud ETL (ADF) and business intelligence tools (Power BI Tableau).
- Ability to perform development debugging and administrative tasks across the tech stack.
- Program & Delivery Management:
- Experience in a leadership role with a strong background in managing complex AMS contracts.
- Deep understanding of ITIL principles and their application in service delivery.
- Experience managing projects and programs for US defense or government clients
- PMP or similar program/project management certification is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
