Job Description
Position Summary:
Lead and manage all aspects of wastewater operations & maintenance ensuring safety compliance quality and customer satisfaction while driving process improvement team coordination and business growth.
Hiring Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 7 years experience in Water or Wastewater management.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership position responsible for directing and coordinating staff subcontractors and consultants and making organizational decisions.
- Valid 5C Wastewater License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
- Demonstrated experience in directing and coordinating staff subcontractors and consultants.
- OSHA 10 General Industry Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
- Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Drivers License.
