Job Description
- 7 years of progressive experience including people management experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent
- CPA or equivalent
- 9-10 years of progressive experience from public accounting and/or large public companies preferably focused on the technology industry
- Experience with U.S. GAAP technical research and analysis for a broad range of accounting topics including inventory fixed assets consolidation and contingencies. IFRS experience a plus.
- Ability to perform technical research on complex matters and effectively communicate accounting issues to business partners ensuring that relevant accounting issues are identified debated and resolved
- Excellent documentation skillsclear concise detailed and accurate
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts and articulate your expert opinion at all levels within Apple
- Strong ability to build relationships and work directly with senior executives
