Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is essential in driving revenue growth enhancing brand visibility and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives build strong client relationships and oversee impactful marketing campaigns to achieve the hotels business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across corporate leisure and group segments.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
- Leading the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing market trends competitive data and guest feedback to optimize strategies.
- Preparing and presenting sales forecasts budgets and performance reports to management.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
- At least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership negotiation and networking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools marketing platforms and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
