About the role

As an LMS Consultant we will look up to you to make assessments and gather requirements to tailor the LMS solution to the clients specific needs.
Configure the LMS platform according to client specifications including user roles permissions content libraries and reporting structures.
Integrate the LMS with existing systems such as HRIS SIS CRM or third-party applications to ensure seamless operation.
Understand client feedback throughout the implementation process to identify areas for improvement.
Suggest enhancements or additional features that could benefit the clients learning strategy.

About You

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP
Proven experience in LMS implementation or similar consultancy roles.

Strong understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning technologies.
Experience with project management software and methodologies.
Familiarity with SCORM xAPI AICC and other e-learning standards and tools.
