We are seeking a talented and experienced senior Integrated Marketing Lead to spearhead our global B2B growth marketing strategies.
Position Overview:The Senior Integrated Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence generate leads and inform our end-to-end experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B technology marketing excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate across marketing disciplines and other teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:Create and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with our commercial goals and objectives ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead Generation:Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Campaign Management:Oversee the planning execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital content and events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Product Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives fostering a collaborative environment.
- Brand Consistency:Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials and channels reinforcing Workplaces value proposition.
- Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Content Development:Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling relevant and high-quality content that supports marketing objectives and engages target audiences.
- Market Research:Utilise data and insights into client needs preferences and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.
- 15 years experience in marketing a portion of which will be in B2B technology company.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
