At PwC our people in Deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions divestitures and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.In Business Recovery Services at PwC other than the typical M&A advisory work you will also help clients navigate financial distress and recover from challenging business situations. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice and solutions to optimize recovery outcomes.

Technical Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge in finance and accounting.
- Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting from a reputable local or overseas university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale). A masters or MBA degree from overseas would be an advantage.
- Holding a CFA CPA or equivalent professional qualification is considered advantageous.
- Relevant experience in the following areas including but not limited to:
- Buy-side and Sell-side M&A Advisory (target search due diligence valuation transaction document review negotiation).
- Financial modeling.
- Feasibility studies.
- Corporate or group restructuring.
- Debt and financial restructuring.
- Fundraising (debt and equity).
- Initial Public Offerings (IPO).
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Non-Technical Qualifications
- Confidence and maturity.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Team-player attitude.
- Agility and adaptability.
