A member of the Cruise Line Customer Service Europe Team is a vital partner in delivering customer satisfaction to a special customer group within institutional: river and ocean cruisers. The team services customer portfolios in the UK Norway Italy and Germany.

We are in touch with both division and customer by email/phone/Teams chat to make sure we reach our goals. What Youll do
- Handle incoming requests from customers and sales
- Place equipment and chemical orders on time in SAP
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Proactively communicate changes and delays to orders and find alternate delivery solutions in case of failure
- Organize regular service including registration of technicians to ships and harbour agent/authorities
- Coordinate and solve emergency service requests
- Organize rush orders with communication to sales and customers
- Deal with customer complaints including invoicing disputes
- Generate invoices credit and debit notes pro forma invoices shipping notes for special deliveries
- Participate in process documentation and improvements
What Youll need
- Proficiency in Greek and English both written and spoken
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities particularly in Excel
- Familiarity with SAP is considered an advantage
- Excellent written communication and telephone skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated sense of ownership
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Competence in collaborating with staff across the organization
- Ability to enhance work efficiency through strong working relationships and a good understanding of processes
