Job Title: Senior HR Specialist International HR & Payroll
Location: Remote / Flexible
About the Role
Were looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in US HR plus exposure to global HR operations. This person will play a key role in managing HR compliance payroll processes and employee relations across a growing international team.
We cover multiple countriesincluding Australia Asia Africa Europe and North Americaso someone with experience handling multi-country HR challenges would be a great fit.
This is a dynamic role with flexibility on title and responsibilities based on the candidates strengths. Were looking for someone who is adaptable easygoing and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Be Doing
HR Operations:
- Support international payroll and HR functions across multiple regions.
- Manage employment contracts benefits and compliance across different countries.
HR Compliance & Best Practices:
- Stay up to date on labor laws and employment regulations across different jurisdictions.
- Ensure policies and procedures align with local labor laws and company policies.
Employee Relations & Support:
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from global teams.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and leadership on HR matters.
Process Improvement & Flexibility:
- Help streamline HR operations and implement best practices across countries.
- Work closely with leadership to fill gaps based on company needs and candidate strengths.
What Were Looking For
Experience:
- 5 years in HR with a strong focus on US HR.
- Exposure to global HR operations is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with HRIS.
- Solid understanding of multi-country labor laws.
Soft Skills:
- Easygoing adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
