Compensation:

Base Salary: 4000 BGN gross/month
Performance Bonus: 300 BGN gross/month
Welcome Bonus: 1000 BGN

Role Overview:

Join a dynamic multilingual team and provide quality customer support in both German and English. This role is ideal for detail-oriented communicators committed to creating positive customer experiences across diverse situations. You will be handling inquiries efficiently and ensuring professional assistance during the day shifts.

Relocation Package:

Travel reimbursement up to 490 BGN after 6 months (requires travel documents e-ticket and invoice; subject to contract duration)

Advance repayment applies if the contract is terminated within the first 6 months; travel reimbursement is not processed in this case.
Hotel accommodation: booking arranged by the company upon confirmation of arrival date. If the accommodation is not used without informing the hotel by noon on arrival day the employee is responsible for the cost of that night.
