Job Description
JOB TITLE: Logistics Liaison Officer
JOB LOCATION:Lagos
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the companys logistics including scheduling and coordinating material movement from one location to the other
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders including picking packing and labelling of goods.
- Coordinate with the drivers to arrange transportation of goods from one location to the other.
- Monitor and track movements of goods providing regular updates to internal stakeholders on accurate delivery.
- Resolve any issues relating to delays damages or discrepancies by coordinating with relevant parties and implementing corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in ANRML and Business Units in Lagos and Environs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communications between the ANRML and Parties in Lagos and Environs
- Coordinate meetings briefings and presentations with parties as may be required
- Identify and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on liaison activities including any issues outcomes and feedback for management review.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or Engineering
- Proven 3-5 years experience working in logistics or a similar role preferably in an engineering or mining industry.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Communication problem solving and critical thinking skills.
