We work with a number of the leading international and local MNCs providing innovative and tailor made search solutions. We are offering an excellent opportunity for Recruitment Researcher or Trainee Consultant to gain in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry and earn an attractive salary with uncapped commission .
You will be working on warm and trusted accounts. If you are self-motivated / energetic and are interested in building relationships with people we are excited to meet with you.
You should:
- Be self motivated ambitious driven in sales with a strong passion for networking
- Work well under pressure highly motivated to hit goals and targets
- Have the ability to business develop and consult at all levels
- Have a personable outgoing and highly energetic approach
- Enjoy working in a dynamic fast-paced and result-oriented environment
- Have strong interpersonal/ communication skills and proactive in expanding own network
- Have a minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or sales
- Be a holder of a degree / diploma
- Be fluent in Cantonese/ English and Chinese
Your role:
- Daily communication with candidates
- Headhunting advertising and searching for candidates / screening and interviewing candidates.
- Deciding best fit for vacancies and managing the recruitment process smoothly
- Actively connecting with candidates through various sources and expand the candidate pool.
- Managing and maintaining the database connecting with potential candidates
- Providing quality customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
