Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Field Technician I to join Ampirical. This role is part of our Cappstone Energy Group team which focuses on delivering specialized field services that support the safe and reliable operation of utility infrastructure. As a Field Technician I you will work alongside experienced technicians on utility pole inspection projects contributing to the quality and accuracy of assessments that keep power systems operating safely. The position requires strong attention to detail a commitment to safety and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior technicians during pole inspection projects
  • Carry and handle tools equipment and materials needed on site
  • Record and organize inspection data under supervision
  • Mark poles attach identification tags and perform basic ground-level tasks
  • Ensure the worksite remains clean safe and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures including PPE requirements and traffic/work zone protocols
  • Support the crew by performing general labor and helper duties as assigned
  • Maintain a professional attitude with coworkers supervisors and the public

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Physically able to walk long distances bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
