The salary for this specific position in Chicago Illinois is $134090.00/year.

BMO Bank N.A. seeks Senior Manager-PM Business Analysis in Chicago IL to investigate and identify strategies to optimize business operations and services and inform business decisions. Define business requirements to inform technology build and operations by sourcing and analyzing relevant data reviewing and documenting business processes and collaborating with business stakeholders. Source business and market data to evaluate the effect of projects on business results. Assess the efficiency and the performance of technology (software hardware and the wider IT system) to deliver expected business results. Identify and analyze malfunctions system workflow and troubleshoot issues raised by business. Support various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with business requirements. Develop informative coherent and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements. Build test cases in order to validate business requirements and end-user testing results. Build interdependent teams that collaborate across functional and operating groups to create the highest value for all stakeholders. Attract retain and enable the career development of top talent. Improve team performance recognize and reward performance coach employees support their development and manage poor performance.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering (any) or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus seven (7) years of experience as a Senior Manager or related occupation developing and implementing software solutions in a bank cards environment.

Specific skills/other requirements

Experience must include: Designing and leading software deployments in banking environment for credit cards.

Utilizing applications including Netezza AWS Redshift or DB Visualizer to analyze and interpret data.

Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

Leading change management programs of varying scope and type including readiness assessments planning stakeholder management execution evaluation and sustainment of initiatives; and utilizing automation tools and techniques to automate redundant processes and improve efficiency.

$112200.00 - $209000.00

The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
