Our client is a global food product development company.
Engineering Responsibilities
- Designing developing sourcing and testing tools machinery and equipment for manufacturing improvements.
- Creating drawings or layouts tailored to user requirements.
- Providing expert advice in areas related to engineering work including electrical mechanical and machinery.
- Conducting research design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow assembly methods and equipment with a focus on sustainability safety and employee wellbeing.
- Designing factories that meet global standards using lean manufacturing principles.
- Driving process improvements resolving technical issues and managing engineering projects.
Project Engineering Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Global Engineering teams for project management:
- Presenting technical recommendations and opinions.
- Preparing information related to contractors.
- Facilitating EA approvals.
- Managing the Capex process and overseeing project outcomes for the plant team.
- Coordinating the preparation and delivery of project deliverables design documents and bid packages.
- Planning and implementing engineering projects defining project scope activities equipment specifications contractor requirements as well as plant and customer needs.
- Reviewing product designs to ensure compliance with engineering principles sustainability practices ergonomics company standards customer contract requirements and specifications.
Knowledge and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in engineering project management and execution.
- Proven background in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the Food & Pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
