Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients stakeholders and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and increase market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends competitive landscape and potential growth areas.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team through coaching training and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and presentations to upper management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing operations and engineering to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of related sales experience
- Previous sales experience with Mechanical and Electrical products
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
