We are seeking a Senior Associate - Learning & Development who will enhance our employee training initiatives by designing implementing and evaluating training programs. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of learning principles and a passion for developing talent within the organization. The Senior Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs design engaging learning experiences and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs driving employee performance and engagement across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops employing diverse instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Design and implement innovative engagement programs for new hires during the onboarding process ensuring they feel welcomed informed and prepared to succeed in their roles.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to training participant feedback and program outcomes for management review.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback making continuous improvements as necessary.
Oversee the maintenance and organization of the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring all training materials are current accessible and aligned with learning objectives.
Promote a culture of continuous learning by staying updated on industry trends and best practices integrating new ideas and technologies into training programs.
Provide logistical support for training sessions and events including scheduling coordination and resource allocation ensuring smooth execution of all L&D initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Organizational Development or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
Strong facilitation presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
