Trainee Functional Consultant / Trainee Software Engineer

Tracks Overview:
Trainee Functional Consultant:
Best suited for those with interest or academic background inAccounting Finance Business Administration Supply Chain or ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirement gathering and process documentation.
• Assist in ERP configuration testing and deployment activities.
• Prepare business process documentation user guides and training manuals.
• Support solution workshops and end-user training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Final semester students or recent graduates in any of the following:
• BS Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT
• BBA / MBA (Finance Supply Chain MIS)
• ACCA CA or other finance/accounting certifications
• Experience:
• No formal experience required. Relevant coursework internships or academic projects will be a plus.
• Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written)essential for both client-facing and internal collaboration.
• Solidanalytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Passion forbusiness process optimizationorenterprise technology.
• Willingness tolearn ERP systems and industry best practices.
• Ability towork in teams manage time effectively and deliver quality outcomes.

OR

Trainee Software Engineer (ERP Technical Consultant)
Ideal for students ofComputer Science Software Engineering or those with technical project exposure.
Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop SQL Server and other D365 F&O-related tools.
• Assist in developing customizations integrations and reporting components.
• Participate in DevOps activities and Azure-based deployments.
• Work alongside functional consultants to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Support debugging and technical issue resolution during implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Final semester students or recent graduates in any of the following:

• BS Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT
• BBA / MBA (Finance Supply Chain MIS)
