your impact as a pricing specialist
The Pricing and Reporting OTS/PTS team is a critical part of Randstads global success. Youll be at the heart of strategic commercial control working with our Enterprise and international clients.
Strategic Influence: Play a key role in developing global pricing models and frameworks using your Randstad knowledge to make informed decisions.
Global Collaboration: Work with global commercial teams Digital Enterprise and local Randstad finance teams. Leverage your existing Randstad network!
High-Level Exposure: Present business cases to senior management including the Executive Board drawing on your experience within the company.
Commercial Leadership: Help implement commercial control frameworks and strategic pricing for our largest clients
your responsibilities - build on your existing skills
You already have a solid foundation from your 5 years at Randstad. This role allows you to expand and apply those skills in a more strategic capacity:
Strategic Pricing and Market Coordination: Utilize your understanding of our markets to define and align on pricing strategy.
Tools Analytics & Process Optimization: Co-develop and maintain pricing tools drawing on your existing operational knowledge.
Tender Management and Commercial Guidance: Use your Randstad experience to assess tenders and provide strategic advice.
Governance Compliance & Competitive Intelligence: Ensure compliance with internal policies leveraging your understanding of our operations.
Performance Reviews & Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare pricing-related business reviews for internal stakeholders and leadership teams you already know.
what youbring - leverage your 5 years:
Masters/University level in Finance/Economics (or equivalent experience gained within Randstad).
5 years working within an international setting with rounded financials management experience this means YOUR Randstad experience counts!
Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and other tools.
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
Pricing development and implementation knowledge is a plus (or you can gain this here!).
Proven ability to make client wishes possible and unlock new business something youve likely already done at Randstad!
