As Delivery Lead CRM you are responsible for the timely and effective development of our applications in the CRM domain.
As a manufacturing company use a wide variety of modules of our CRM (D365 Customer Engagement CE). These range from Sales Customer Service Marketing (Customer Insights and Journeys) Field Service Management to Guides.
To ensure the right business priorities are set you collaborate closely with business stakeholders from various teams such as Marketing Sales Aftersales and more. You help to define and prioritise the teams backlog to guarantee impactful software development.
You also work together with your fellow Delivery Leads from other domains such as Internet & IoT Integrations and BI to align the backlog for cross-domain developments in order to effectively address programme priorities and to maintain technical integrity.
In this role you manage the work of10 colleagues in CRM. Our international team consists of members in technical roles as well as Business Analysts taking turns in acting as a Scrum Master for the team. Our CRM team works with the Scrum principles and together with other development teams works in a shared Azure DevOps environment and with a shared backlog.
In this role within our Group CRM and BI organisation you can have a global business impact as you join a motivated team rolling out various programs across the OpCos within BDR Thermea Group.
This is a hybrid role based out of Apeldoorn the Netherlands. To ensure close collaboration you are invited to work on-site in Apeldoorn 1-2 days per week. We support your home office set-up travel costs and provide flexibility regarding hybrid work.
Ensure effective delivery of our CRM applications across D365 CE.
Prioritise the product roadmap together with key business stakeholders and Manager Center of Excellence CRM Internet & BI.
Align with Manager Center of Excellence CRM Internet & BI on scope budget and timeline according to the objectives of business stakeholders.
Own the creation of a backlog prioritised on the basis of overall strategy and business objectives.
Act as the primary liaison with business stakeholders and development teams.
Evaluate product progress at each iteration.
Communicate development progress to key stakeholders.
Work experience: solid experience as a Delivery Lead CRM Architect Implementation Lead Project Manager or equivalent within software development organisations. We envision a minimum of 4-5 years of experience but please dont hesitate to if you dont quite meet this criteria.
Project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously without losing sight of the important details.
CRM knowledge: technical aptitude and passion for managing state-of-the-art multilingual CRM-services at scale. We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 but experience in Salesforce Zoho HubSpot FreshSales or any other major CRM will support your success in this role.It is also helpful to understand CRM modules further than Marketing: for example Sales Aftersales Customer Service.
Stakeholder management skills: you have the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in an effective way. You can build relationships and influence stakeholders in an international matrix organisation in which the working language is English.
Educational background: you have obtained a Bachelors or Masters Degree in IT Software Development or (International) Business or other business-related study.
And preferably:
You have gained experience working on out-of-the-box CRM applications vs. Solutions built in-house.
You have experience working in agile / Scrum.
