Job Description
JOB TITLE: Operation Manager
JOB LOCATION:Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
ADVERTISEMENT
- Development of robust sales and operational plans and strategies to deliver agreed objectives
- Recommend strategies towards business development and outlets expansion.
- Articulate and implement promotional and sales plans aimed at improving brand equity market share and driving higher customer traffic to all outlets website and other social media.
- Tap into the emerging power of social media by developing a robust social media marketing platform (structure and strategy) defining clear promotional and sales KPIs.
- Develop and grow key institutional accounts by making periodic field visits to existing and new corporate customers; exploring their specific needs and ensuring they are always satisfied.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Senior Management role (FMCG QSR Retail Consumer Goods).
- Minimum of BSc / HND
- Individuals must be a leader and goal-oriented
- Ability to influence others positively
- Individuals must be strategic and sales-driven
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (word PowerPoint and Excel).
