Develop and execute the retail business strategy for the group with clear goals for AUM growth customer base expansion and profitability.
Own the retail asset management P&L ensuring strong revenue growth disciplined cost management and sustainable margins.
Define and lead the execution of a scalable digital retail strategy that aligns with ARMs business growth ambitions. Shift focus from traditional B2B and mass-affluent sales to building infrastructure that serves high volumes of retail clients efficiently.
Define and deliver on KPIs across customer acquisition activation retention and cross-sell metrics. Digital & Traditional Channels Oversight
Champion automation and digital tools that enable self-service seamless onboarding and user-friendly interactions.
Develop a high-performing team that blends digital expertise with retail client understanding.
Drive adoption and optimization of digital platforms for onboarding transacting portfolio management and support.
Lead the physical sales team including field agents relationship managers and partner distribution channels.
Operational Management
Oversee front-to-back-office operations including client onboarding service delivery portfolio administration and transaction processing.
Ensure operational resilience process efficiency and scalability of retail systems and support functions.
Drive automation and digitization of core retail workflows to improve cost-to-serve and customer satisfaction. Cross-Business Collaboration
Work with trust and stockbroking subsidiaries to develop integrated retail offerings and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with product marketing and technology teams to drive product innovation and market fit. Customer Experience & Insights
Champion a customer-centric culture using data and feedback to continuously improve the retail experience.
Lead customer segmentation efforts to tailor products and engagement strategies.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all retail operations. Maintain strong risk oversight across customer onboarding suitability assessments and transactions.
Client Acquisition & Engagement at Scale: Leverage digital marketing social media automation tools and platform engagement to attract and convert retail prospects. Collaborate with product marketing and technology teams to continuously optimize conversion funnels and engagement strategies. Drive innovations that increase the accessibility and personalization of ARMs retail offerings.
Data-Driven Growth & Retention: Use analytics to identify client needs improve targeting and personalize offerings. Develop and implement segmentation strategies to drive targeted communications and improve client retention. Monitor key metrics including acquisition cost lifetime value churn and engagement to guide strategic decisions.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
A Masters degree is an advantage but not compulsory.
10 years experience in digital sales digital marketing or retail financial services. Proven experience designing and implementing data-led customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
Experience in client relationship management
Experience in managing a team and driving team performance
Experience in developing implementing and optimizing sales processes tools and technologies
