WithinBUF we are looking to hire/appoint a Senior Analyst to the position of SupplyChain Finance.
Role and responsibilities:
Theperson will be responsible for partnering with the Supply Chain team (Make QOQA and Plan) to manage the financial performance lead the development of theannual business plan and major forecast updates and lead financial reviews. Thesuccessful candidate will ensure timely and accurate monthly financialreporting submission of results and reviews with leadership. He/she willanalyze performance versus financial plans/commitments and drive analyticsinsights and actions on financial results. Additional responsibilities focusingon COGS / OCNIS and Inventory include:
Gather relevant inputs neededto perform analysis: conducting analysis looking at root cause providinginsights and recommended actions to Business Partners (for e.g. inventoryadjustments ES&O etc.)
Publish reporting scorecard onCOGS /OCNIS and Inventory
Partner the business oninventory optimization initiatives providing financial support and insights todrive beneficial financial outcomes
Assist Tax COE on annual ICPreview
Monitor annual cost roll andrevaluation impact
He/shewill also be responsible for another FP&A related tasks for entire companydepends on potentiality and aspiration for obtaining experiences in BUForganization.
Qualifications:
Completed Accounting orBusiness Economics related education at Bachelor level or above. Havingcompleted a professional finance education such as CPA CMA or CA would alsobe appreciated.
More than 3 years ofControlling/FP&A experience preferably in a role with internationalcontacts. It is preferred if the candidate also brings in accounting experience.
The right candidate should beable to manage projects and processes and to work closely together withcolleagues in a cross-functional and multi-cultural setting.
Experience in a role asbusiness partner with the ability to understand complex business dynamics.
Strong analytical skills.
Well-developed Strong IT (userand management) skills and ability to innovate and drive continuousimprovement. Advanced level Excel skill is a must.
Fluent in Japanese andbusiness level English (TOEIC above 800).
