We are currently looking for aSenior Specialist Biddableto join us.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Associate Director Biddable.

  1. Client Impact:Manage and optimize performance campaigns for leading brands across various biddable platforms (i.e. Google Microsoft Advertising Facebook LinkedIn and other self-serve platforms) driving tangible business results.

In this role your goals will be:
In three months:
  • Process Mastery:Gain a comprehensive understanding of agency and GroupM Nexus team structures client performance requirements and digital ad operations workflows particularly as they relate to biddable platforms.
  • Operational Excellence:Seamlessly implement workflow processes for performance-based campaigns and ad operations across key biddable platforms including tagging through DCM.
  • Independent Client Management:Take ownership of assigned client accounts building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives. Leverage your solid knowledge base to confidently address client and planning team requests independently.
  • Team Support:Provide guidance and support to junior team members contributing to their professional development.
In six months:
  • Account Expertise:Develop a deep understanding of all key accounts and their performance and ad operations requirements with a focus on biddable campaigns.
  • Process Optimization:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting management and collaboration for internal and external teams specifically within the context of biddable platforms.
  • Campaign Optimization:Achieve significant improvements in campaign performance through optimizations on various biddable solutions working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Mentorship:Actively mentor and train junior team members sharing best practices and knowledge related to biddable media.
In 12months:
  • Industry Expertise:Stay updated on the latest upgrades and enhancements in biddable platforms.
  • Performance Improvement:Drive noticeable year-on-year performance improvements for managed accounts across biddable platforms.
  • Service Expansion:Increase the adoption of other biddable services within the client portfolio.
  • Data-Driven Insights:Analyze key metrics and benchmarks for different biddable platform formats providing valuable insights to the team and clients.
  • Client Education:Amplify client knowledge on the strategic approach and value of biddable platforms.
  • Leadership:Lead and manage projects independently ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
What your day job looks like:
  • Campaign Management:Independently develop and execute platform strategies and activation (i.e. Google Microsoft Advertising Facebook LinkedIn and other self-serve Platforms) and reporting of performance and digital campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization:Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and meeting expectations.
  • Performance Optimization:Analyze campaign data on various biddable platforms to identify trends and insights developing and implementing optimization strategies to achieve client KPIs.
  • Knowledge Dissemination:Facilitate continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team and broader organization particularly related to biddable media best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Effectively work within and lead cross-functional teams involving clients internal teams and media owners.
  • Team Development:Mentor and guide junior team members providing training and support to enhance their biddable media skills.
Minimum qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing
  • Thorough understanding of all key biddable mechanisms and their implications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and accounts independently.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Specialist
