Job Description
Overall purpose ofjob:
Thisperson will be responsible to lead in-store excellence across all channelsdeveloping and implementing the right coverage technology instore programstracking and reporting in support of our Perfect Store objectives
Essential duties andresponsibilities:
Leads PerfectStore strategy deployment and execution.
Leads overallTechnology tracking and reporting excellence across channels (DMS SFA DNAGeo Map)
Manages thirdparty agencies
Responsiblefor the training coaching and instore capability of all field streams
Experience (1-3 years) in executing withcustomers or Channels
Experience in Distributor management or IDTwith an understanding in coverage and DSR engagement
Strong analytical understanding and ability totranslate basic insights into instore initiatvies
Ability to align and communicate executeeffectively across multiple teams
Ability to manage conflict and challenge seniorstake holders for appropriate resource allocation
Self-motivated with strong operationaldiscipline and ability to deliver against financial budgets timelines and ROIobjectives without supervision
