Job Description
What will you do:
Develop enhance and maintain cutting-edge eFood applications for major European markets
Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle with a You build it you run it mindset
o Contribute to product development and concept discussions
o Collaborate in designing robust software architectures
o Undertake backend tasks using Java Spring and microservice architecture.
o Handle frontend tasks with Angular
o Participate in code reviews pair programming and knowledge sharing with colleagues
o Apply good practices in alerting and monitoring rules for services
o Provide rare on-call support limited to a few times per year.
Work within an International Working Environment
Follow Agile Development practices
What we are looking for:
At least 7 years of extensive experience in software development
Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot Spring Data Spring Security)
Experience with Angular
Architectural skills to design and communicate solutions
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable enterprise applications
Motivated to collaborate directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders with enthusiasm for cross-functional teamwork
Bachelors degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or a related field
Any of the following is a plus:
Experience with Google Cloud and Kubernetes or similar cloud deployment environments
Expertise with microservices architecture & distributed systems (Kafka as focus)
Experience with monitoring systems Prometheus Grafana setup or similar
