Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Works with Client Services product and other business leadership to develop and implement delivery strategies that align with company business objectives and client needs.
Oversees delivery management finances including budgets cost control measures and financial reporting owns the groups P&L.
Optimizes team performance through resource planning talent development and performance evaluation ensuring achievement of delivery objectives across the project portfolio.
Builds and maintains relationships with C-level executives from key clients acting as trusted advisor to ensure long-term partnership and business growth.
Ensures and/or facilitates effective and value-added communication between internal stakeholders clients and external partners addressing and resolving issues and challenges.
Identifies new business opportunities within existing accounts contributing to development and proposals for new client engagements.
Oversees risk management across delivery teams ensuring proactive risk identification and development of effective mitigation strategies.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- BA/BS degree and 10-15 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- 6-8 years leadership experience
