We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Azure Data Lake Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for our Azure based data platform. This role involves monitoring troubleshooting and resolving issues across Azure Data Lake and related services to ensure smooth and reliable data Responsibilities:Monitor and support Azure Data Lake Storage and related Azure data services (Data Factory Synapse Databricks etc.).Handle incidents service requests and change requests in line with root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution for data failures performance issues and access-related data ingestion transformation and pipeline execution with DevOps infrastructure and development teams to resolve critical regular health checks log analysis and performance tuning on data lake documentation for runbooks SOPs and knowledge base compliance with data governance security and access control on-call/off-hours support as part of a rotation (if applicable).Required Skills & Experience:2 5 years of experience in a production support or operations role preferably in a data or cloud -on experience with Azure Data Lake (Gen1/Gen2) Azure Data Factory and Azure troubleshooting skills in data pipelines ETL failures and storage/access knowledge of Log Analytics Azure Alerts and monitoring with incident management tools like knowledge of SQL PowerShell or Python for support automation and with ITIL processes (incident change problem management).Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203).Exposure to Databricks Synapse Power BI or Azure of data governance security and access control in Skills:Strong communication and stakeholder management to work under pressure and manage multiple mindset and attention to to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
