Job Description
- Lead and oversee the performance of the Third-Party team ensuring all standards and targets are consistently met.
- Manage all Third-Party team operational activities including briefing and debriefing processes.
- Monitor and ensure team performance standards and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with trainers supervisors and management to improve collection rates for NPL (Non-Performing Loan) late users.
- Conduct regular meetings with the management team to review performance outcomes and propose actionable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably in finance banking or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong interest in the financial technology industry.
- Prior experience in Agency Management is highly preferred.
- Proven abilities in coaching facilitation presentation and team building.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Excellent communication investigative and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred).
